“It all started over the holiday season of 2014. We couldn’t wait – 3 generations, 8 people, and two dogs all set to spend the holidays in a short-term rental. It was the perfect opportunity to spend stress free time together as a family, or so we thought: The home was dated, the cleaning sub par, the heat didn’t work properly, and the approach to the property wasn’t safe or clear. We spent more time worrying about parking and thermostats than enjoying each other’s company.

Within a year friends and family were joining us at our very own vacation home and we realized we had something special.
