David Shor
Chief Executive Officer
David is a nearly 30-year software development veteran, digital marketing entrepreneur and our Chief Executive Officer. With extensive experience in hospitality marketing for major brands such as MGM Mirage, La Quinta Inn & Resort, Red Lion Inn, Consolidated Resorts and a wide variety of the world’s largest brands including Procter & Gamble, GE, Chase, Disney, Toyota, and others.
He has been instrumental in delivering growth-marketing services of successful early stage companies. In addition to Prove Properties, David is founder and CEO of Prove, a Marina Del Rey-based digital marketing and technology agency, and a founding partner of SM Venture Partners, a venture capital fund investing in a number of internet-driven companies.

Rich Greta
Outside General Counsel
Rich is our general counsel who has been practicing law in California since 1991. He is skilled in transactional real estate, corporate and intellectual property matters and will manage our legal needs including managing outside securities counsel and other counsel. He has maintained a real estate broker’s license since 2006 and will oversee our real estate acquisition agreements. Rich earned his JD from the University of California Los Angeles in 1991.
Steven Davis
Outside Securities Counsel
Steve is the founder of SD Law Group, a corporate and securities law firm located in Rancho Santa Fe, California. He has worked with clients in the areas of corporate, securities and business law and has advised on transactions totaling over $1 Billion. He is also on the Board of Directors of Theragene Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Lattitude International, Inc., and was on the Board of Directors and Audit, Compensation, Nominating Committees and Special Committee of Telanetix, Inc., a publicly traded telecommunications company.
He served as General Counsel and executive officer of Molecular Imaging Corporation, a publicly traded healthcare company, and as in-house counsel for Leap Wireless International, a publicly traded wireless carrier. He is licensed to practice law in California, the District of Columbia, and Minnesota.
Jason Conroy
Senior Real Estate Portfolio Analyst
Jason has over 25 years of Real Estate Finance, Accounting and Development experience. His primary areas of concentration include acquisition & dispositions analysis, due diligence, budgeting and planning, financial controls, cash management and accounting.
Jason currently serves as Vice President of RTI Properties, Inc. where he oversees all operational and accounting functions. His professional experience includes over 10 years as the Director of Finance at Castle & Cooke, Inc. He has also held management roles at American Mall Properties, LLC and the Weintraub Real Estate Group. After serving in the US Navy, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from California State University.
Thom Kozik

25+ years of success in leading teams to deliver innovation and transformation of at the intersection of consumer services, technology, and marketing at organizations such as Marriott, Yahoo!, Microsoft, and Atari. At Marriott, he led the transformation of Loyalty, introducing entirely new frames of thinking about “our” loyalty to our customers, and the groundbreaking integration of the Starwood’s and Marriott’s programs.
With decades of experience in the tech sector, Thom sees possibilities to transform Hospitality and incorporates his extensive experience in creating value for startups and mid-size companies alike. Underlying this experience is a grounding in software engineering that helps organizations accelerate change.

Aaron Goldman
Controller and Asset Manager
Aaron Goldman has extensive expertise in real estate acquisition, finance and asset management. While obtaining his Certified Public Accountant license at Deloitte & Touche, his client base was predominately Real Estate clients. After leaving public accounting, Aaron has been the Controller for large real estate clients such as Westfield. After leaving Westfield, Aaron started his own practice that concentrated on rental property and asset management. Aaron joined Wanderhome in 2018.
Mr. Goldman is an avid golfer and has lost golf balls at many of courses around Los Angeles.
